Quality Control

  We take great pains to build in rigorous quality control processes at every step. These include:
  • We have a low interviewer to supervisor ratio (8:1)
  • We encourage you to monitor your projects either via phone/email or by visiting us.
  • 10% of all calls are monitored (including spot monitoring by client service staff)
  • Studies are personally briefed and monitored by project team members as well.
  • Extensive training programs for new interviewers and regular ongoing training.
