Then we design the study - basically, figure out what we need to do, and how we are going to achieve it in the time frame and

When the proposal is accepted we develop the research investigation in detail - the questionnaire, or in the case of
qualitative work, the discussion guide or plan our lines of inquiry. Then it is on to the fieldwork - data collection. We follow
the fieldwork with analysis - figuring out what it all means, and how the results can be applied to benefit our client. Finally
we report back to the client on the results and our conclusions. Our own secret ingredient? The absolute dedication you
